રાજય સરકાર દ્વારા ટેટ પાસ ગણિતઅને વિજ્ઞાાનના શિક્ષકોની ટૂંકસમયમાં ભરતી કરવામા આવશે. બીજી બાજુ સમાજિક વિજ્ઞાાન વિષયના ઉમેદવારો ભરતીની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા છે.ગણિત વિજ્ઞાાન વિષયના શિક્ષકની સરખામણીમાં સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાાન વિષયના ઉમેદવારોની ભરતી નહિ કરવામા આવતા રાજ્યના શિક્ષણ વિભાગની એકને ગોળ અને બીજાને ખોળની નીતિની કેળવણીકારોમાં ટીકા થઈ રહી છે.આ અંગે સાંપડતી માહિતી અનુસાર,ભાવનગર સહિત રાજ્યભરમાં આશરે ૧૨૦૦૦ જેટલી સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાાન અને શાસ્ત્રની જગ્યાઓ ખાલી છે. ગત વર્ષે માત્ર એક જ વાર બે વખત ટેટ પાસ ઉમેદવારોને ભેગા કરીને ૩૩૦૦ શિક્ષકની ભરતી કરાઈ છે. ભાષામા પણ ઉમેદવારોની ઓછી ભરતી થઈ રહી છે. ભરતીમાં સરકાર દ્વારા એકને ખોળ અને બીજાને ગોળની નીતિ અપનાવાઈ રહી છે.શુ ગણિત-વિજ્ઞાાન વિષયના શિક્ષકોની જરૃરીયાત છે તેટલી ભાષા કે શાસ્ત્ર ઉમેદવારની નહિ હોય.?તેવો સવામણનો સવાલ ઉઠવા પામ્યો છે. રાજ્ય સરકાર માથા પરચૂંટણી આવે ત્યારે શાસ્ત્ર અન ભાષાના ૬૦ હજાર ટેટ પાસ ઉમેદવારોની ભરતી બહારનહિ પાડીને ઉમેદવારોમાં અસંતોષના ઉમળતા ચરૃમાં આગ ચાપી છે.વળી હાઈકોર્ટે પણદરેક વિષયને સમાન ગણાવીને મહત્વના ગણાવ્યા હોઈ સરકાર દ્વારા ભરતી નહિ કરવામા આવતા ઉમેદવારોમાં રોષ વ્યાપી ગયો છે.

(1) ચોથા તબક્કામાં ગણિત-વિજ્ઞાન વિષય માટે ગુજરાતી માધ્યમના અનામત કેટેગરીના   
ઉમેદવારોને જિલ્લા પસંદગી માટે તા.૦૮-૦૧-૨૦૧૪ થી તા.૧૧-૦૧-૨૦૧૪ ના રોજ
બોલાવેલ છે.
(2) ગણિત-વિજ્ઞાન વિષય માટે જિલ્લા પસંદગીની કાર્યવાહી માટે તા.૦૬-૦૧-૨૦૧૪ ના
૧૫-૦૦ કલાકથી ઉમેદવારોએ ઓન લાઈન વેબસાઈટ ઉપરથી જ કોલ-લેટર મેળવી લેવાના
અન્ય કોઈ પ્રકારે કોલ-લેટર મોકલવામાં આવશે નહિ.
(3) ચોથા તબક્કામાં ગણિત-વિજ્ઞાન વિષયમાં   નીચે મુજબના મેરીટ સુધીના ઉમેદવારો કોલ-લેટર મેળવી શકશે.
